These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms,’ ‘Terms and Conditions’) govern your participation in
the Fleet Safety Awards (the ‘Competition’) organised by MasterDrive (‘us’, ‘we,’ or ‘our’).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Competition.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Be an individual that manages or operates a fleet as part of their job description
  (applicable to ‘Best Fleet Manager; category).
• Or an organisation that operates a fleet (applicable to ‘Best Organisation’ and ‘Best
  Employer’ category).
• Or an individual that are drives a heavy commercial vehicle as part of their job
  description (applies to ‘Road Warrior’ category).
• Or the owner of a truck stop (applies to ‘Best Truck Stop’).

Must comply with all other requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
Employees of MasterDrive and their immediate family members are not eligible to compete
in the Competition.

Entry Requirements

To enter the Competition, participants must complete the entry form provided on our website:
https://www.masterdrive.co.za/fleet-safety-awards/.

All questions on the entry form must be answered accurately and completely.

Participants may enter multiple categories of the Competition, but a separate entry form
must be submitted for each category.

By submitting an entry, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Judging and Winners

Winners will be selected by an external group of judges appointed by MasterDrive.

Judging criteria may vary depending on the category.

The judging results are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

Top entrants in each category will be notified by email or phone within a reasonable time after the judging process is complete.

Prize money will be awarded to winners via the payment method specified by MasterDrive at the conclusion of the Awards.

Attendance at Awards Ceremony

Winners are required to make themselves available to attend the awards ceremony at their own cost, which will be held at a date, time, and location specified by MasterDrive.

Failure to attend the awards ceremony, or have a representative present, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won.

Photographs and Social Media

By participating in the Competition, winners grant MasterDrive the right to take photographs
and videos of them during the awards ceremony.

Winners agree that these photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and marketing materials.

Liability

MasterDrive, its affiliates, and its partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to participation in the Competition, acceptance, and use of prizes.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless MasterDrive from any claims, damages,
or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Competition.

Changes

MasterDrive reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time
without prior notice.
