How to Enter

Submit your entry by following this link:

Create a profile to receive a unique identifier.
The unique identifier keeps all entrants anonymous to ensure fair and equal awards.
Use the unique identifier to log into the entry site.
Select the first category that you would like to enter.
If you select Best Fleet Manager or Best Organisation, you need to select which vehicle category you want to enter (LMV, MCV and HCV) from a sub-menu.
You can enter as many categories as you would like to.
Once you submit your entry, you cannot enter that category again.
While completing your form, there is an option to save your draft.
If you need to navigate away from your entry form, it essential to save the draft before doing so.
Certain entries have the option to upload supporting documents. These can be a PDF, Word document, Compressed file, Jpeg or Excel.
It is encouraged to redact the name of the organisation in these documents.
Submitting documents is optional.
Once you have submitted your entries, an email will be received confirming successful completion.
After that, sit back, relax, and wait for your invitation to the Awards ceremony on 21 November 2024.
